1. General Terms

bip baji is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bip baji website, app, and all related services. By using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Creating an account on bip baji is completely free. However, providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time and the balance in such accounts may be forfeited.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as per National ID card or passport)
• Active mobile number
• Email address (if applicable)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred payment method details

2.2 One Person, One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment account, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and bonus benefits will be cancelled.

2.3 Account Verification

bip baji may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment-related documents for account verification at any time. Identity verification may be carried out especially at the time of withdrawal. Failure to submit required documents on time may delay payment.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, inform the bip baji support team immediately. The user is primarily responsible for the security of their own account.

3. Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to register and participate on bip baji is 21 years. No one under 21 may create an account. This age limit is strictly enforced for participation in online gaming and betting activities.

If someone creates an account with a false age and it is later proven that their actual age is under 21, that account will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited and bonuses earned in that account will be considered void. As part of its responsible gaming policy, bip baji is committed to protecting minors.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bip baji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms and conditions that must be read before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. This bonus can only be claimed once. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus balance, wagering of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met
• Deposits will not be refunded after a bonus has been claimed
• If a bonus is claimed using multiple accounts or false information, all bonuses will be cancelled
• bip baji reserves the right to change, temporarily suspend, or cancel any bonus offer
• A bonus claimed in one promotion generally cannot be combined with another promotion

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekly deposit festivals, cricket specials, birthday rewards, refer-a-friend campaigns, and weekend slot bonuses — each promotion has its own specific wagering requirements and claim deadlines. 6. Betting Rules

Sports betting and casino gaming on bip baji are operated as two separate sections. The following general rules apply to both sections.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game, event, or market has specific minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are shown on the game or event screen. bip baji reserves the right to change the limits for any bet, particularly for high-value bets.

6.2 Betting Outcomes

bip baji's decision is final in determining betting outcomes. Official results are used in sports betting. bip baji reserves the right to void bets where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Multi-Bets and Accumulator Bets

Multi-bets can be placed by adding multiple selections. However, combining multiple outcomes from the same event into a multi-bet is prohibited. Such bets will be automatically voided.

6.4 Live Betting

Odds change quickly in live betting. If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the bet may be accepted at the new odds or may be voided. bip baji will not be responsible for bets processed late due to network delays.

6.5 Casino Games

Casino games are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own RTP and rules. If a technical problem occurs during a game, the player must notify the support team immediately.

7. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in the account being closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating an account using a false identity or incorrect information
• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on another person's account
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to claim bonus benefits dishonestly
• Deliberately exploiting any bug or technical error in the platform
• Using software, bots, or automated methods for betting or gaming
• Harassing, threatening, or attempting to harm another user
• Using the platform for money laundering or transacting illegal funds
• Depositing using another person's payment account or bank card
• Colluding in betting or cheating to fix outcomes
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bip baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. However, a reasonable reason will be stated when a legitimate account is closed.

8.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, contact the support team via live chat or email. It is possible to withdraw the available balance before the account is closed (subject to wagering requirements being met). Any active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Account Closure at bip baji's Initiative

If an account is closed due to rule violations, fraudulent activity, or participation in prohibited activities, deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited. The user may raise an objection, and bip baji will communicate its decision within a reasonable time.

• If game results are affected due to issues with a third-party game server
• If a user suffers a loss because their own account information is compromised
• If the service is disrupted due to an unexpected technical failure or cyberattack
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance

11. Amendment of Terms
